This extension utilizes direct information from Have I Been Pwned database to confirm if there had been a breach on your passwords.
Using the extension requires few simple steps:
1. Input your password.
2. Click the link for Check Password prior to hitting the submit button.
3. It will send the request to the backend and compare it to their database.
4. If your password is found, a notification stating "Password is compromised, not safe to use." will show up. Otherwise, an alert that says "Did not find password in previous breaches" will appear.
